Happy Meal Boxes GalleryAside from being the world's largest chain of fast food restaurants, McDonald's has one more thing to boast about: their incomparable Happy Meal boxes! They say "it's all in the presentation" and anyone who's ever ordered a Happy Meal knows this is very true. Happy Meal boxes are amazing! First off, they're eye-candy, bursting with colors and fun pictures, often of your favorite cartoon characters. It's easy to see why a happy meal box appeals to young kids or grownups like me who are young-at-heart. Secondly, each side of the box is full of fun activities - puzzles, pictures to color in, jokes, riddles, etc. My favorite is when you can punch out cardboard cutouts of your favorite cartoon character or even a playset from the box. It's like a deluxe pop-up activity set. There's enough on the box to keep a child busy, which for parents is a very good thing. At the same time, I remember being overwhelmed as a kid with my Happy Meal. I didn't know whether to play with my toy, do the activities on the box or to eat my chicken Mcnuggets. I think I did all three at once. Last but definitely not least, how cute is the handle of the box? It's in the shape of McDonald's famous golden arch and it totally works. When you're through with your meal, you can pack up your toy and whatever leftovers you may have, close up your box and carry your happy meal away with ease. I love the handles! Happy Meal boxes are technically made out of cardboard, but I think they're made out of so much more. Check 'em out!
